Race Number Swap Procedure: If you have a place and cannot run you can swap your entry with someone else. All you need to do is to follow the procedure below:

1. The donor to send an e-mail to [email protected] and CC: the recipient stating that they agree to pass on their entry to the recipient (please state recipients name and race number).
2. The recipient to forward the CC: e-mail received from the donor to [email protected] with full entry details (surname, first name, date of birth, gender, club if any, UKA Competition License number if any, full postal address including post code, contact phone numbers, e-mail address).
3. The recipient must also copy/paste the Declaration below into the body of their e-mail.
4. It is the recipients responsibility to obtain the race number / timing chip from the donor if the swap is made after race packs have been posted.
5. Finally, once the recipient�s name appears on the entry list then and only then are they are entitled to run in the event.

Declaration: Please accept my entry for The Hastings Marathon. I declare that I will abide by UKA rules and that I am medically fit to run and understand that I take part entirely at my own risk and that the organisers shall not be held responsible for any illness, injury, loss or damage to my person or property as a consequence of my participation in this event. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
